The Company does not hold the right to reject the policy renewal, irrelevantly of the course of your health.

Yes, you have, by presenting your health booklet. Thus, you have a reduction of your participation or even full coverage.

Yes, these agreements also apply to you, owning an Orange Cross Health Insurance Program. You have no participation up to 15% of the total hospitalization expenses, regarding the special collaborating hospitals, provided that you also make use of the Public Insurance Fund.     

 In the case of hospitalization at a public hospital in Greece, reimbursement is attributed to the policyholder after the latter has submitted all necessary involved documents and receipts given to him/her at the hospital during hospitalization, as is the case for non-collaborating hospitals in Greece and abroad.

• You are notified at least 30 days prior to the policy expiry (each insurance period is 1 year) about the terms and conditions, the benefits and the level of benefits as well as the premium in force for the next period. 
• Renewal will automatically occur by timely premium payment for the new insurance period, without requiring other evidence of your insurability, provided that the Orange Cross health insurance products are available to the market.

ING has provided that Orange Cross Health Insurance Programs successfully respond to the changing needs of the insured as well as transformations that take place in the Health Insurance Services. Any changes in the terms and conditions, benefits and/or premiums shall be pursuant to our business principles also applied to the new Orange Cross health insurance programs:

• Customers’ needs: the Company wishes to provide coverage for their contemporary needs at each insurance period.
• Cost containment: the Company’s goal is to reduce the medical examinations and hospitalization cost, by continuously improving the existing agreements with the hospitals and diagnostic centers as well as signing of new ones, resulting to a corresponding cost reduction per policy. Controlling and containment of misuse of the health services remains a basic priority. 
• Competition: Continuous control of the competition will help the Company towards a decision for a change implementation, so as to reinforce the program’s competitive advantage when relating to other companies of the insurance industry.

Change of the out-patient provider may occur only upon the annual policy renewal.

It is not foreseen to change the out-patient provider prior to the expiration of the annual insurance period.
